We always respond quickly to urgent situations.

We always prioritise domestic violence. It may be physical, sexual or psychological. It may be inflicted by anyone with whom or are or have been in a domestic relationship – for example your spouse, partner or child.

We will apply for an emergency court order preventing your abuser from coming near you. We can also give legal advice in relation to your children and make arrangements for maintenance and rights of occupation in the family home.
