Sian brings a wealth of experience in Family Law. An accredited Resolution Specialist in cases with an international element or involving pensions, Sian’s highly skilled approach helps families find their own framework for living apart, without the need for court proceedings.
Trained in Collaborative Law, Sian’s professionalism helps to couples who wish to reach agreement without having to go to court. She can also assist safeguarding all family members, by drafting Wills, planning for old age and administering estates.
